The built-in panel is a clever design, but it does add bulk to the exterior casing. You can still plug in external panels if you need a faster recharge rate, or just use the 100W USB-C port to top it up while driving. At just under six hundred bucks, it sits in a very competitive price bracket for a 1-kilowatt-hour capacity. It's not the lightest rig to lug around, but having that integrated solar trickle charge saves space in the car that would otherwise be taken up by bulky folding panels.
