FancyBark H14 True HEPA Air Purifier with Aroma Function: A Full Review

My apartment traps cooking smells like a sponge, especially after searing fish or frying bacon. I was tired of leaving windows open in the winter just to air out the living room, so I started looking for a cheap air purifier for home to clear things out. The FancyBark model caught my eye mostly because it costs less than a week's worth of coffee, but it actually punches above its weight class. It uses an H14 HEPA filter, which is a step up from the standard H13 you usually see at this price point, and it does a surprisingly good job of pulling smoke and pet dander out of the air. The manufacturer claims it covers 1250 square feet, but realistically, a unit this small is best suited for a single bedroom or a closed-off kitchen. I keep mine on the counter while cooking and move it to the nightstand later. The built-in essential oil pad is a nice touch if you want to mask lingering odors with peppermint or lavender, though the scent fades pretty quickly. On the lowest setting, the fan is basically silent, which is great for sleeping, but you definitely hear the motor working on high. If you need hospital-grade filtration for a massive open-concept house, this isn't it. But for a cheap air purifier for home use that handles everyday dust and kitchen smells without taking up much space, it absolutely gets the job done.
