Anything larger, and it's just pushing air around. It has a silicone handle that makes it easy to move from the desk to the bedroom, and the sleep mode actually drops the noise down to a barely noticeable hum. There's even an aroma diffuser pad, though I found the scent fades fast. If you're trying to scrub heavy cigar smoke from a massive living room, this isn't going to cut it. But for a home office where you just want to knock down lingering odors, dust, or a bit of secondhand smoke, it does the job surprisingly well.
